Healthy Smoothies = Bikini Body??

HI Loves,

Over the past few months I've found myself following the most unhealthy diet. I've been downing donuts, cheese burgers, french fries, pizza, chips and every other kind of junk food I could pick up. I started back doing cardio 3-4 times a week but the results weren't as noticeable as when I was eating better.
I know it's time to take control over my weight and my overall health. After doing a little research I discovered the benefit of fruit and veggie smoothie mixes. This is week one but there's already a significant improvement in my energy. By blending up my favorite fruits and veggies I am able to get key nutrients daily. Also, by replacing breakfast or lunch with a smoothie I'm able to curve my appetite not to mention eat less. Along with the smoothies I eat granola bars, dried fruits & nuts, rice cakes and other more healthy choice snacks. So will this help me get that great bikini body? I'd say along with exercise and eating healthy portion controlled meals I'm on my way. I'll be tracking my progress and sharing posts on my fitness journey. Stay Tuned!:)


My favorite smoothie so far Ingredients listed Below:

Non Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (3 Ounces)
Frozen Blueberries (1/2 cup)
Frozen Pineapple (1/2 cup)
Kale (1 cup)
Water (1/2 cup)


A smoothie and a protein bar make a great breakfast!
